At today’s cold and rainy Ken Woods Memorial Road Race, UMCT’s Karl Schuchard placed 5th in the Mens A; Nicole Mertz, Karin Friberg, and Robin Welling placed 1-3 in the Women’s A/B; and MK Marino placed 2nd in the Women’s C.”

There was a large showing at the Ken Woods Memorial Road Race today, and a large amount of riders ending up slightly hypothermic. With 35 degree temps and rain and sleet, there were several DNF’s across all fields and teams, but also several UMCT riders who finished in the top 3 in their fields! Results to come later today. Next up…the Water Tower Turnaround Criterium tomorrow on the University of Minnesota St. Paul campus.”
